How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and customer records for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet legal and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymise them. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove you. Analytics data is retained according to each provider's own retention period.
Your rights
